Ifparts accepts the following payment methods:

• Wire transfer

• Creditcard - charges 2,8% of total order amount.

 

If an order cannot be completely calculated (transportation charges cannot be calculated outside Europe) we will send a payment link included with the pro-forma invoice.

Logistic

 

Ifparts offers a wide range of logistic possibilities.

• European customers are able to choose between: Ex-works, standard and Express.
• Customers outside Europe are able to choose between: Ex-works and Express.

Express charges will be calculated manually, Ifparts sends a pro-forma invoice and payment link by e-mail. We will select the best possible forwarder for each situation.

 

If other shipping methods are required, please choose ex-works and inform us with your requirements in the comments field. Ifparts can declare the origin of our goods by a invoice declaration, EUR1 certificate or certificate of origin, these options can be selected in the shopping basket.

Return policy

In cases a wrong item(s) is ordered, the item(s) can be returned in most cases.

The return shipment is on customer charge and the item must be unused and in original packaging.
In case of a stock item(s), we will credit the full amount. If not a stock item, we can credit 70% of the item value.
